Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If a premium report doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll refund it — no debate, no forms, no “why are you leaving” survey.
The 7-Day Guarantee
You can request a full refund of any premium report within 7 days of the date of purchase. After 7 days, we generally cannot offer refunds, but if something has gone wrong, email us anyway — we’ll look at every request individually.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@legaltriage.ai from the address you used at checkout, or include the receipt you received.
- Subject line: Refund request.
- You don’t need to explain why, but feedback helps us improve.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your card issuer or bank, the credit may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
What Happens to Your Report
Once a refund is issued, your access to the premium report and any associated PDF download is revoked. The free portion of your assessment remains available.
Exceptions
We may decline refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or repeated abuse of this policy (for example, a pattern of purchase-and-refund across multiple accounts). In those cases we’ll explain our reasoning and you may dispute the decision through your card issuer.
Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks cost us a fee and can take weeks to resolve; a direct refund is faster for both of us.
